China imported 13.86 mln tons of crude oil in March, according to statistics from the General Administration of Customs.

China imported 39.65 mln tons of crude oil in the first quarter, up 6.8 pct year-on-year, Customs said.
China also imported 7.98 mln tons of oil products in the first three months, down 2.2 pct year-on-year, with March imports at 2.92 mln tons, it said.
China exported 220,000 tons of crude oil in March. In the first quarter exports were down 70.3 pct at 520,000 tons.
China also exported 3.83 mln tons of oil products in the first three months, up 19.8 pct year-on-year, with March exports at 1.49 mln tons.
