SEKO opens up Canada office

Global freight forwarding and logistics services provider SEKO announced this week it has opened a Canadian office entitled SEKO-Canada.

The new office, which officially opened its doors on October 1, is the result of a partnership between SEKO and the Cole Group, a provider of customs, transportation, and warehousing services. Cole will help provide SEKO-Canada by providing and expanded market reach and cross-border service offerings for shippers.

The SEKO-Canada office will be comprised of 11 offices throughout Canada, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver, according to a press release issued by SEKO.

Types of services provided by the SEKO-Canada office include: import and export trade, customs brokerage, and warehousing. And it will focus on various industries, such as pulp and paper, mining, petroleum, consumer products and manufacturing.
