New York crude oil futures fall

New York crude oil futures fell but still above 72 dollars on Monday, as concerns over supply eased.

Light, sweet crude for August delivery fell 62 cents to close at 72.19 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Brent crude for August delivery rose 16 cents to settle at 75. 78 dollars a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange in London.
