We launched our GCP service in 2006, which is a kind of premium member¡¯s privilege.¡± he stated. ¡°Dubai is the first overseas venue we chose to promote our GCP members at. We chose it not only because Dubai is a fast growing country, but also because Dubai is developing as the logistics hub of the Middle East. This is the second time that Dubai has hosted the FIATA world congress, which verifies the countries standing on the international logistics market, and offers many opportunities to those who want to profit in this field.¡± he later added.
While talking about what role JCtrans plays in the cooperation between freight forwarders, Mr. Zhang told the editor that JCtrans is more like a mediator. ¡°We do not get too involved with the cooperation between our members, we are more like a bridge linking forwarders together from all around the world.¡±
At the end of the interview, Mr. Zhang expressed his pride in China¡¯s rapid development over the last two decades and declared, ¡°JCtrans has organized many forums and conferences throughout China on behalf of the freight forwarding industry, we hope more and more international counterparts can join us and help to expand our global network.¡±
