As one of the world largest international trade exhibition, the 103rd Canton Fair pays strict attention to security, and has launched more rules for the attendees, such as no attendee to have any criminal record, no liquids including juice and water are allowed to be brought into the complex, etc.
The leadership committee of the fair held the first all-member meeting yesterday morning to make careful arrangements for the safety of the fair. The meeting established a leadership team for safety to coordinate and arrange all jobs concerning security, said Gao Hucheng, Deputy Director-General of the Canton Fair and Vice-Minister of Commerce.
"Issuance of credentials to enter the exhibition hall will be tightened and more manpower and equipment has been allocated to enhance the security capability", he said.
At the last Canton Fairs, JCtrans established a good relationship with the Canton Fair committee and took part in the fair together with several hundred CCP (China Credit Pass) and GCP (Global Credit Pass) members. This helped them to meet more customers and capture more business opportunities. According to the rules of the 103rd Canton Fair, JCtrans is not allowed to take this many members again, but it will still try it best to promote its members to the attendees from across the globe.
