Malaysian firm strengthens China foothold
POSTED: 3:50 p.m. EDT, February 4,2007

IGLO International Ltd, a member of Malaysia's Haisan Resources Berhad and a leading cold-chain solutions provider in the southeast Asian nation, has unveiled plans to open a logistics facility in Beijing to boost its business in China.

The Malaysian firm has recently bought a 43,444-square metre piece of land in the capital's urban area to build a large temperature-controlled logistics centre. The facility is expected to start operation by the end of this year, Xinhua reports.
