Qingdao Cosco Logistics has recently signed a co-operation agreement with the Qingdao Aucma Group to take over Aucma's regional distribution centres (RDC), Xinhua reports.

The deal is intended to help both sides improve the level of logistics services provided and the financial clout of Aucma.

Qingdao Cosco Logistics said the two parties have been co-operating with each other for more than two years, providing a strong basis for the deal.
