APM Terminals Inland Services organizes event with CCHAA

APM Terminals Inland Services South Asia continues to actively engage customers and support trade in the South Asia market. The Chennai CFS facility works with customers, customs house agents and other stakeholders to improve business in the Chennai market.
With a focus on customer centricity, Chennai CFS (CCFS) organized an event with the Chennai CHA Association (CCHAA) to expand collaboration, improve service, safety and emphasize the need for all customs house agents (CHAs) to adhere to the company’s safety guidelines.
The association members were welcomed and hosted by Captain. Shantanu Bhattacharya, Business Unit Head CCFS who provided an overview of the organization, value propositions and our commitment to expanding business activities in the Chennai market. The President of the Chennai CHA Association, Mr. P S Krishnan, addressed the gathering and expressed his appreciation for the fine efforts of Chennai CFS and their focus on safety and assured the continued support to the safety initiatives of Chennai CFS by the members of the association.
