CNC launches two new services

Cheng Lie Navigation Co (CNC), the intra-Asia arm of CMA CGM, is launching two new services, one of which connects Northeast Asia to southern Vietnam, called the KCV, and links Japan, Korea and China to Vietnam, according to Shipping Gazette.
The service is guaranteed through slots purchases on the Japan, Korea, China, Vietnam (KCV), a joint service operated by Wan Hai Lines and Yang Ming.
The KCV turns in three weeks and is operated by three ships of 1,600-1,800 TEU, two of which are provided by Wan Hai Lines and the other by Yang Ming, reported Alphaliner.
The second new service called JTV will connect Japan, Korea and Taiwan to Vietnam via slots on TS Lines' Northeast Asia-Vietnam weekly service (JTV).
It turns in three weeks using three vessels of 1,500-1,700 TEU that are operated by TS Lines. The first CNC sailing is scheduled for July 28 from Osaka
