Gas will be delivered to Japan through Vladivostok

Realization of the project of the gas pipeline "Sakhalin - Khabarovsk - Vladivostok," and in future - the gas pipeline "Yakutia - Khabarovsk -Vladivostok" makes favourable opportunity for organization of prospective extra deliveries of gas from Russia to Japan. The vice-Chairman of the board of directors of PJSC "Gasprom" Alexander ANANENKOV and the Head of the Department of natural resources and power engineering of the Agency of natural resources and power engineering of Japan Syunske KITAGAVA came to such conclusion at the meeting in Sochi, the administration of information of "Gasprom" reports.During the meeting Alexander ANANENKOV informed Japanese partners about the course of realization by "Gasprom" of activities of the Eastern gas program, including the held by the company work on creation of the gas-transport system "Sakhalin - Khabarovsk - Vladivostok.""Solving the priority problem of supplying of the growing demand on gas of the regions of the Russian Far East, PJSC "Gasprom" sees opportunities for fulfillment of prospective deliveries of gas and production of gas processing and gas chemistry from Russia to Japan from the district of Vladivostok," Alexander ANANENKOV announced on the results of the meeting.
