As the largest network company in northeastern China, JCtrans was invited to move to the National Technology Transfer Center (NTTC) building, the flagship of the High-tech Industrial Zone in Dalian. JCtrans' new office takes up the entire 18th floor, covers an area of 2,500 m2, and this move marks a milestone in the development of JCtrans.
With the goal of developing the logistics market by utilizing online logistics, JCtrans provides a professional and creditable platform for people who provide and demand logistical services. To date, JCtrans has accumulated more than 4000 premium members and over 400,000 register members from around the world. Their number of employees has increased to 230 and is continuing to grow. In this new working environment, JCtrans is expected to develop at an even faster rate in the future.
Introduction of Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone
Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone, which was established in March 1991, is one of the first high-tech zones of China. It spans an area of around 35.6 square kilometers and is located near the seashore of Qi Xian Ling. It consists of the Software Park, the Qi Xian Ling industrial base, the Sea Star High-Tech Center, the Bio & Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, the High-Tech Business Incubator and other business sectors. Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone attracts many powerful companies from around the globe, and since Panasonic (China) moved to the High-Tech Zone in 1994, the number of companies located there has risen to over 1700; 487 of them are focus on high-tech fields such as e-business, medicines, chemical, etc, and nearly 600 of them are multinational corporations, such as Ericsson, Nokia, GE, IBM, NEC, Accenture, etc. The High-Tech Zone plays an important role in the development of Dalian as a city on the cutting edge of science and technology.
