PSA India, the local arm of PSA International, has acquired a 49-percent stake in ABG Kolkata Container Terminal, the private terminal at the country's eastern Port of Kolkata, operated by ABG Infralogistics.
Mumbai-based ABG in an advisory to the Bombay Stock Exchange said it has signed an agreement with PSA, but did not disclose financial details.
