Ocean Tankers Holdings Public Company Limited announced yesterday by a filing in the Cyrpus Stock Exchange that at the meeting held on December 3, 2007, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Georgios A. Tsavliris as Non-Executive Independent Board member.
The new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: Michalis Ioannides serves as chairman and executive member, while Giorgos Ioannidis is the vice chairman of the company and Chrisostomos Chrisostomoy the director of Ocean Tankers. Other non-executive members include directors, Antonios Ioannides, Daniel Ioannides and Michalis Filippou, while non-executive and independent members of the board are also Michael Michael, Filippos Frangou and Adrian D. Pace, besides of course, the newly added Georgios A. Tsavliris. |
