CSCL A shares start trading in Shanghai December 12

China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL) has announced that its CNY-denominated A shares will start trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 12.

Next Tuesday and Wednesday, December 4-5, there will be a subscription for its initial public offering of up to 2.337 billion A shares, said the company without divulging how much it was seeking to raise.

UBS Securities, a joint-venture brokerage partly owned by UBS AG (UBS), and China International Capital Corp. are the chief underwriters.
