Efreight, a Dubai-based company which recently opened an office in Ethiopia under the name E-F Clearance for E-Freight, will in a few months' time start an air and see freight forwarding operation in Ethiopia.
The company, which started its business in Ethiopia with a capital of US$2.2 million, has also opened an office inside Ethiopian Airlines' recently inaugurated new cargo terminal.
E-F clearance for E-Freight is currently engaged in Customs clearing and delivery service for the Dubai-based E-Freight.
E-Freight has started the process to secure a licence that allows it to run air and see freight forwarding operations in the country.
The company, which set foot in Ethiopia about three months ago, shipped 14 B747 cargo shipments from Dubai to Addis Ababa for the millennium concert hall.
The company is currently negotiating to bring to Ethiopia one of the world's biggest freight operators
