Containership charterer Seaspan Corp. has appointed Sai W. Chu to succeed Kevin M. Kennedy as chief financial officer, effective June 8.
Chu is CFO of Seaspan Ship Management Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company's manager, Seaspan Management Services Ltd.
Seaspan said Kennedy is leaving "to pursue other interests."
