COSCO Logistics has awarded a contract to IT software system developer MyCRM to help it manage its client base more efficiently

A report by Logistics Week said the cooperation with MyCRM is also intended to improve ways to quantify Cosco Logistics' sales results, as well as strengthen supervision on large projects.

In 2003, the Beijing headquarters of Cosco Freight International was said to have spent CNY1.2 million (US$154,341) on MyCRM's products and later launched a drive to widen the system's reach in 2005.

MyCRM's clients in mainland China's logistics industry include China Rail, Sinotrans and DTW.
