South African Gospel star Solly Mahlangu has confirmed ongoing correspondence with SIPA regarding his performance in the country during the Swaziland International Trade Fair Gospel Sunday.
The annual event kicks off on August 29 until September 5.
Mahlangu told this publication that indeed he would be performing in Swaziland as per discussions with SIPA and further stated that they were at advanced stages of sealing the contractual agreements.
He sounded enthusiastic to come to the country and perform for his local fans.
"We are currently in talks with the organisers and I will definitely be coming to wow my fans. I am more than certain that it will not take long to finalise the few contractual logistics that enable me to fully confirm but because of how advanced we are at this stage, I'll confirm that I will be there for the Gospel Sunday," he added.
Mahlangu is said to be the draw card artist for the gospel Sunday which is set to feature other musicians for Swaziland as well.
