JILIN, Jun 25 (GCTL) -The Sino-Russian Hunchun-Makharino railway is expected to handle a total of 2.2 million tonnes of freight this year, according to the Jilin Province Economic and Technological Cooperation Bureau.
The Hunchun-Makharino Railway resumed operation last August after closing for nine years.
Total volume of coal through the Hunchun-Makharino rail checkpoint reached 285,299.5 tonnes as of the end of May.
