Toll Holdings said it has agreed with Chevron to manage the Barrow Island supply base and logistics services for the Gorgon liquefied natural gas project in Western Australia state, Dow Jones reported.
Toll said the contract is valued at about US$144.3 million over three years.
The work is expected to begin after receipt of all necessary government approvals for Gorgon and following a final investment decision on the project, expected later this year, Toll said.
Chevron operates Gorgon and Exxon Mobil and Royal Dutch Shell are also shareholders. |
