Saudi's Industrial Services Organisation (ISO) has secured an order for ten new tug and safety vessels with Saudi shipbuilders Zamil Operations and Maintenance Co. (ZOMCO).
Of the ten vessels, four will be constructed at the contractor's shipyard in Dammam, the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
Amer Al-Sulaim, executive director of ISO, said building the support vessels in-Kingdom would demonstrate the capabilities and high level of expertise available with local contractors. |
