Virgin Atlantic customers using the airline's Clubhouse facility at Heathrow Airport are being offered a new tipple. The airline will offer Akvinta vodka, a 5 times distilled 'super premium' vodka from Croatia, to its passengers prior to the departure of their flight.
From June , the drink will be available as a pouring vodka and will also feature on Virgin's Clubhouse cocktail list. A competition has been organised to celebrate the launch of the new beverage, which will see Clubhouse staff competing to create a unique cocktail. The winning concoction will be served from June onwards.
Paul Dickinson, director of sales for the airline, said: 'We're pleased to be able to showcase this new Akvinta vodka in our Heathrow Clubhouse and we're certain it will prove to be very popular with our passengers.' |
