Aloha Airlines Pilots Seek Restraining Order

2008-4-23

Pilots at Aloha Airlines represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) have filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in the US Bankruptcy Court, ALPA said on Tuesday.

Aloha ceased passenger operations on March 31 and is scheduled to sell its cargo operation on April 25.

ALPA said in a statement the filings ask the court to make any sale of Aloha's cargo operations contingent on Aloha abiding by the ALPA-Aloha contract.
