Mr. Tran Danh Tuyen: I think the most important things to run a logistics company are:

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the current logistics industry in Vietnam? Are there any advantages or problems?

Mr. Tran Danh Tuyen: Advantages: the logistics market in Vietnam is still great and there are still more opportunities to develop. Vietnam will be strategic location for logistics hub in the South East Asia and as we recognized now many companies have moved their factories to Vietnam due to our low labor cost and high value man power. So it will be a good chance for freight forwarding.

Problems: Logistics infrastructure is the first problem. We don't have enough big sea or airport to become a hub area. And not so good road delays the lead time for inland transport. Logistics cost is still high in the comparison with other countries in area.

JCtrans: Finally, will you please talk about the prospect of Huong Nam Logistics Co., Ltd.? Or what's your strategic planning for the next 3 or 5 years?

Mr. Tran Danh Tuyen: In the future we want to expand our business in USA and EUROPE. However China is always in the focus first. We will implement our new ERP system to improve our administration of our company and we will start from July 2012 with the new system.
