JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction about your company?
Camanez:TRANSUNION is a freight forwarding company fully owned by Spanish investors since 1978, at present we have offices around Spain and other12 countries over the world. We render services in the scope of the logistics industry, such as forwarding by sea and airfreight, customs clearance bonded warehousing and foreign trade consultancy.
JCtrans:Would you please talk about the logistics industry in your country?
Camanez:In Spain the logistic industry is mainly covered by the big multinationals. Whereas, many big logistic forwarders mainly attend the industrial sectors with international representation. The medium size forwarders are giving a personalized and professional attention to a vast number of small and medium size companies which are actually the widest industrial tissue of our country.
JCtrans:You have 10 branch companies, would you please talk about your management concept?
Camanez:The management in our organization is based on the know-how and the perfect knowledge of the managers and staffs in each country. Different country has different environment of the shipping and industrial sectors. It is depends. But all of them coordinated by a centralized service structure that the philosophy and steering guidelines of the company subscribed.
JCtrans:What do you think is your key point to succeed?
Camanez:Under our point of view, the key to success is based on the fact of a perfect knowledge of the local market and the flexibility to offer customers the total scope of services available in the globalize world. A good knowledge of the local market is a necessary, no customer like a layman to serve them. And flexible service is also another key piont, different customer has different request, so we must be content with them.
JCtrans:Would you please talk about the prospect of your company?
Camanez:We have a target; we will build a huge number and long lasting partnership with organization on our range to seek deeper market shares. And we will also promote our service quality and make all our customers satisfaction.
