From JC: Glad to make an interview with you, Anthony Ejiofor. Would you please talk about the development of your company?

Anthony Ejiofor: TORON NIGERIA LIMITED started business on 2003 in Lagos. At that time we are very hard, we only have 10 staffs. And each of us work very hard, our sales usually work until midnight to find customers. I also contacted with customers, and telephoned them as a saleman for exploring market. Other staffs who do not sell products tried their best to serve our clients contentedly to guarantee the customers would be back. Gradually we found our first client, and then the second¡­¡­ now our customers are all around our country and even you may find some of our clients are from China, Europe...... At first, we just do some basic business such as transportation, clearing customers. Step by step, our business were also enlarged to linear agency, freight forwarding, haulage, warehousing, EXPRESS couriering, handles transportation...... We have opened two more branches in Port Harcourt and Abuja, the Federal Capital. After 6 years¡¯ endeavour, the number of our staffs increased to 50. We become one of the leading clearing & forwarding companies in our country, have gained an enviable reputation for our experience, quality service and highly dedicated team of employees.

From JC: What is your core-competitiveness?

Anthony Ejiofor: Our standard services have earned prestigious awards over the past years. Our mission is to provide unique and excellent professional services that are tailored towards the needs of our clients. Because we know service is the key point to gain the share of market. Except for professionalism, and low price, service could not be neglected. Different customers have different requests. So we take ¡°one-to -one¡± style service to ensure every client could get their purpose. Service has become our important task. More than 50 staffs in 3 branch offices have been trained to give our customers first-class services.

From JC: Would you please talk about the prospect of your company?

Anthony Ejiofor: Recalling the hardworking of these years, I fell a little bitter. But I also see the fruits we have got. Next step, we will enlarge our international market continually. We have joined in many networks in different countries already, such as Worldwide Logistics Network, European Freight Forwarding Association, China Logistics Club, World Freight Partnership, and Freight Forwarders Family Network. We will strength the connection with them, and establish steady cooperation relationship with more clients through these oragnizations. We will introduce our company to the world. One day, we could be the best one.
