Success Story: Good Communication Extends Overseas Cooperation

Our company has a good relationship with a Polish agent, who was recommended to us by JCtrans. During our cooperation we had a 1x40GP transshipment from Hamburg to Ilichevsk, so we consigned the goods to this agent. Unfortunately, there were complications during the transshipment, which included amendments to documents, and fees related to space booking and container rental. We contacted our agent in Poland to see if they had a solution to our problems, and they recommended an agent in Hamburg who could help. Finally, due to their recommendation, we accomplished the transshipment successfully. Therefore we greatly appreciate the help of the Polish agent.

Two months later, the Polish agent founded his own company. Because of our good communication before, we started a new cooperation partnership. During the new cooperation, the polish agent invited us to be his agent in China, and we now handle much business between Qingdao and Hamburg. The most significant points during cooperation are loyalty, effectiveness, comprehensive services, and also good communication. Due to our success in this matter, we will make better use of the resources provided by JCtrans and try our best to build relationships with all the contacts we are offered through their service.

The speed of change within the freight forwarding industry can bring many opportunities due to the development and establishment of new enterprises.
