I have been working as a freight forwarder for more than ten years, and feel pressure-bound by the "price war" in this increasingly saturated market. Faced with the competition in China, we decided to focus our attention on the overseas market. But the problem is how to effectively find overseas agencies.
In August 2007, I joined www.jctrans.net as a GCP member. We trust the professional overseas development and marketing team of JCtrans.
Starting from September, Ms. Dian from JCtrans overseas department has recommended several agents to meet our demands. After exchanging several e-mails and phone-calls, we made some quick progress. One agent in Germany appointed a shipment with two 20' containers from Qingdao to Agentina. It was a challenge for us to handle this shipment, but at the same time, we have proved our capability.
It's not hard to find overseas agents, but it's hard to find a cost-effective way to do so. For medium and small sized freight forwarders, JCtrans has proven to be an effective platform to develop our overseas market.
