Volga-Dnepr Airlines is to take delivery of a third new-generation IL-76 freighter next month, taking the group's investment in the modernised aircraft to more than US$90 million.
Volga said its investment in the 50-tonne capacity ramp-loading freighter was likely to double in the near future to meet global demand for the IL-76TD-90VD's unique operating capability.
It has already signed a contract for another two aircraft that are scheduled for delivery next year. |
