AirBridgeCargo expands Europe-Russia services

AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC), Volga-Dnepr Group's scheduled cargo airline, is expanding its freighter services from Europe to Russia with a new route between Milan, Italy and Moscow.

The Boeing 747 freighter will depart from Malpensa Airport for Moscow every Monday and Friday as an extension of the airline's Amsterdam service and provides further flight over Moscow to the Chinese cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, offering up to 112 tonnes of capacity.

ABC currently operates 31 flights a week to and from Moscow's Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports, linking Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Budapest and Zaragoza with Beijing, Shanghai, Narita and Hong Kong. The airline also operates scheduled all-cargo services to Krasnoyarsk in Russia.
