WORLDWIDE Flight Services has won an award from Air Transport International (ATI) for achieving 100 per cent on-time performance for ramp cargo handling throughout 2008.
In a letter to WFS, of Newark International Airport (EWR) in New York, ATI stated: "It is with great pride and admiration that we acknowledge vendor's that have sustained outstanding performance over the past year. Your EWR station has maintained a phenomenal 100 per cent on-time performance rating for the entire 2008 calendar year. During this time, Worldwide Flight Services in EWR handled aircraft operations with zero delays. We are very proud of your staff's hard work and dedication."
Dennis Esnes, WFS'managing director of cargo terminal services responsible for the New York region, said: "We are delighted that our Newark team have been given this important customer recognition for their professionalism and determination to maintain the highest possible service standards for ATI. We are proud of them all." |
