Air China to launch Shanghai-Milan service

AIR China has announced that it will start to operate direct flights between Shanghai and Milan from March 30 this year, Logistics Week reported.

Air China will use an A340 aircraft to operate four flights a week on the new route on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, the report said.



Flights CA973 will depart in Beijing at 0130 hrs and arrive in Milan at 0805 hrs local time; while the return flights CA974 will leave in Milan at 1230 hrs and reach Beijing at 0600 hrs.



Currently, Air China operates 14 flights per week between China and Italy.
