A sale of Korea's largest logistics company appears imminent, according to a report Sunday in the Korea Herald. Korea Express, Inc., currently under the control of creditors, is likely to be put on sale at the end of November, a spokesman for the company told the newspaper. We are inspecting several potential buyers and if everything goes well the final contract is to be signed at the end of February next year," the spokesman said. Kumho Asiana Group, STX Corp., and CJ Corp. are rumored to be bidders for the company. |
