CARGO B Airlines is in the final phase of adding a second B747 to its fleet just one month after its start-up. Once the Belgian authorities complete the formalities the aircraft will be registered as OO-CBB and made ready for operations.
Regular services to Libreville, Johannesburg and Nairobi, started on 14 October, with its first B747 operating two weekly flights from Brussels. In addition to the regular African flights, the airline has operated charter flights to Cairo, Addis Ababa and Dar es Salam. The second aircraft will be used to increase the frequencies on the African network. This will be followed by the planned start-up of South American services at the beginning of 2008.
