Cargolux fuel surcharge on the rise

Luxembourg-based Cargolux, Europe's largest all-cargo airline, said Monday it will raise its fuel surcharge on all shipments to 0.75 euros/75 cents per kilogram, or the local currency equivalent, from Nov. 26.
The surcharge has been 0.70 euros/70 cents per kilogram.
